Bonus Policy

The following stipulations apply to all bonuses made available on SlotsOnline:

1. Currencies: At SlotsOnline, players can engage in games using one of four different currencies based on their personal preference: US Dollars, GBP, Euros, or Canadian Dollars. Whenever any currency is referenced (related to bonuses, deposit eligibility, betting, jackpots, etc.), the calculation will be done in US Dollars and converted to the player's selected currency.
2. Wagering requirements: All bonuses come with wagering conditions, which define the total amount that needs to be wagered in order to access the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
   • Except for any pending bonuses, you are only able to meet the wagering conditions using Restricted Funds (as specified in point 5 below). Any bets made with Available Funds (as defined in point 5 below) will not contribute towards meeting the wagering obligations.
   • For pending bonuses, you are allowed to meet the wagering requirements using Available Funds, while bets made with Restricted Funds will not be applicable towards those requirements.
   • Unless otherwise indicated in the relevant Promotion Terms: (i) all non-pending bonuses and any winnings from such bonuses can only be withdrawn after wagering an amount totaling at least 30 times the initial bonus amount received. For example, to withdraw a bonus of $/£/€10 and associated winnings, you must wager $/£/€300 in Restricted Funds, fulfilling all bonus criteria; and (ii) all pending bonuses and related winnings may similarly only be withdrawn after wagering the stated 30 times the initial bonus amount received. For instance, to withdraw a bonus of $/£/€10 and associated winnings, you need to wager $/£/€300 in Available Funds, while completing all bonus criteria.
   • Unless stated otherwise in the specific Promotion Terms, all bonuses (and any winnings connected with them) will have a validity period of 90 days from the time the bonus is granted. This means participants must fulfill the associated wagering tasks within a 90-day window post-bonus grant, or else lose the bonus and any winnings tied to it.
   • If you submit a withdrawal request, all of your Restricted Funds will be forfeited, which includes but is not limited to free spins, FreePlay credits, and jackpot vouchers, along with any winnings that have not yet converted into Available Funds.
   • All gameplay on SlotsOnline contributes towards meeting wagering requirements; however, the level of contribution varies by game type. Below is a listing of how each game contributes to wagering requirements:

   • Examples:
     • For example, if you wager $/£/€500 in Restricted Funds on Video Slots for a non pending bonus, the entire amount of $/£/€500 (100%) will count towards your wagering requirements.
     • As another example, wagering $/£/€500 in Available Funds on Caribbean Poker for a pending bonus will result in $/£/€100 (20%) being counted towards your wagering obligations.
   • Wagering in a low-risk manner, such as equal bets on red and black in roulette, will not be considered a valid wager when it comes to fulfilling wagering requirements.
   • If you possess multiple non-pending bonuses at the same time and the wagering requirements haven't been met, all bets made with Restricted Funds (in accordance with the aforementioned conditions) will contribute to meeting the requirements of the first non-pending bonus obtained. Once the wagering obligations for that bonus are completed, any remaining bets will then apply to the next non-pending bonus.
   • Likewise, if you have multiple pending bonuses simultaneously and have yet to fulfill wagering requirements, your bets made using Available Funds (subject to the earlier conditions) will be attributed to the first pending bonus received. Only after meeting those requirements will subsequent bets count towards later pending bonuses.
3. Limitations: Bonus promotions at SlotsOnline are available to all members (unless stated otherwise in the relevant Promotion Terms or related notifications), but there are some restrictions:
   • Members located in certain areas, jurisdictions, or states may find that specific bonuses (including the Welcome Bonus) are unavailable, and different requirements may apply to withdrawing bonuses and winnings accrued. For more information, please get in touch via the Live Chat option.
   • Eligibility for bonus promotions is restricted to one player per household, even if multiple devices are present at the same address. A user's identity will be verified through various means including name, physical address, email address, IP address, payment card number, computer used, or any other necessary identification.
4. Bonuses will only be valid on select games.
5. Your account consists of both 'Available Funds' (which may also be labeled as 'Cash Balance', 'Deposit Balance', or 'Deposit Funds') and 'Restricted Funds' (also known as 'Bonus Balance'). Restricted Funds represent the total amount of bonuses that have not yet met relevant wagering expectations, including any winnings from those bonuses, as well as free spins, FreePlay, jackpot vouchers, Tournament Tickets, Free Bet Tokens, and Profit Boost Tokens. Available Funds, on the other hand, refer to your deposited money and winnings derived from those deposits, plus any bonus funds that have met the necessary wagering conditions. You can utilize Available Funds to: (i) play in any applicable game; or (ii) withdraw at any time in line with the Withdrawal Policy.
6. In case you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the subsequent wager will first utilize Available Funds. Restricted Funds will only be employed once your Available Funds reach zero. This prioritization does not apply to your utilization of free spins, FreePlay credits, jackpot vouchers, Tournament Tickets, Free Bet Tokens, and Profit Boost Tokens, which can be used at any time.
7. If you have made a successful real money deposit and place a bet on casino games using Restricted Funds exclusively, and you win, you will receive a payout of up to $500/€500/£500 based on your account currency. Should your winnings exceed this amount, only $500/€500/£500 will be awarded.
8. If you have not successfully deposited real money into your account and place a bet on casino games utilizing only Restricted Funds and win, you will receive up to $100/€100/£100, based on your chosen currency. However, if your winnings surpass this sum, you will only be credited with $100/€100/£100.
9. The restrictions outlined in points 7 and 8 above do not apply to verified progressive jackpot wins derived from Restricted Funds. Such winnings are uncapped. Starting from July 25th, 2024, you will not be eligible to place bets or win progressive jackpot prizes using FreePlay or free spins.
10. Until you make a successful real money deposit into your account, the maximum that can be transferred to your Available Funds will be $100/€100/£100, provided you meet the relevant wagering obligations.
11. Wagers made with Restricted Funds will not contribute to the increase of jackpot prizes. Only wagers placed with Available Funds will add to the jackpot amounts.
12. Please be aware that if you do not log into your account for a continuous stretch of 90 days, any Comp Points accrued will be forfeited without further notice and will not be refundable.
13. Wagers you place using Restricted Funds will not contribute towards the accumulation of Comp Points. For further details on Comp Points, please refer to the information provided here.
14. In any single month, you can accumulate a maximum of 5,000,000 (five million) Comp Points. If you exceed this amount in a month, the extra Comp Points will be forfeited.
15. If there is a pending notification in the cashier section of the website regarding your recent gaming activities, we reserve the right to revoke your ability to participate and/or continue in any promotion. In such cases, any bonuses and/or benefits you've received or may receive under that promotion will be forfeited.
16. When you engage in an agreement with SlotsOnline UK Limited concerning the User Agreement found here, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you might be misusing any bonuses (as further outlined in Section 9.2 (k) of the Terms of Service), we reserve the right to: (i) deny you access to such bonuses; (ii) ask for further identification documents as detailed in Section 12.3 (i) of the Terms of Service; or (iii) suspend or limit your account as stipulated in the User Agreement.
    In relation to a contract with Virtual Global Digital Services Limited, as per the User Agreement located here or with Virtual Digital Services Limited regarding the User Agreement here, if we suspect any potential misuse of bonuses, we may: (i) deny you those bonuses; (ii) request additional identification documentation; or (iii) put restrictions on your account.
17. For any bonuses you have received, if you have signed up for a forthcoming poker tournament that hasn't yet occurred, and/or you have placed a wager using Available Funds on any unsettled sports event, you will only have access to your Restricted Funds once either the poker tournament you registered for has concluded or the outcome of your sports bet has been finalized, as required.
18. Promotions related to registration and first deposits cannot be used in conjunction with other similar promotional offers.
19. We hold the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offers at our discretion for any reason. However, any bonuses awarded to you prior to such changes will still remain valid according to the terms that were applicable at the time they were granted.

21. This Bonus Policy has been created in English. In case of any differences in interpretation between translated versions of this Bonus Policy and the English version, the English version will take precedence.

The following rules are applicable to free spins and FreePlay:

1. Any free spins and FreePlay that are credited to a player's account will expire after a period of 14 days. After this timeframe, any remaining free spins and FreePlay will be removed from the account.
2. Any winnings from free spins and FreePlay are considered bonus funds and will adhere to the terms previously mentioned that apply to all bonuses, including, if relevant, wagering obligations.
3. Winnings from free spins and FreePlay will only be awarded once the member has made use of all allocated free spins or FreePlay.
4. There are limits on the winnings derived from free spins and FreePlay, as outlined in the relevant Promotion Terms.
5. FreePlay and free spins cannot be used to place bets on, or win, any progressive jackpot awards.

The following rules apply to jackpot vouchers:

1. We may issue a jackpot voucher as a form of bonus to a player.
2. A jackpot voucher is specifically for use in a jackpot game that we designate.
3. We may alter the jackpot game applicable for a jackpot voucher at any given time.
4. Jackpot vouchers cannot: (i) be cashed out or converted into cash; (ii) be combined to form a higher-value jackpot voucher; or (iii) be transferred between players.
5. All jackpot vouchers awarded to a player’s account will expire on whichever of the following comes first: (i) 14 days from the date of being issued; or (ii) the expiration date mentioned in the relevant Promotion Terms. Any jackpot voucher that is not utilized by the end of this timeframe will be void.
6. Players utilizing a jackpot voucher on a jackpot game are entitled solely to the jackpot prize and not to any additional benefits associated with the jackpot game.
7. Winnings derived from jackpot vouchers will not be subject to wagering requirements.
8. All jackpot winnings must conform to the stipulations in the User Agreement, including those pertaining to Jackpot Winnings and verification of winnings.
